Get to Know Us

We would love to set up a call to meet you, discuss your requirements, and tell you more about our approach to transformative learning.

Request Your Proposal

Complete our Request for Proposal form, and share your ideas, learning objectives, and logistical needs.

Review Your Proposal

After receiving your customized draft proposal within 2-3 weeks, we will collaborate and tweak every detail until it meets your exact requirements.

Accept Your Proposal

Once you are 100% happy with your program, we would require a minimum of 15% deposit to secure your booking. This is refundable up to 90 days before your program starts (minus any booking cancellation fees).

Promote Your Program

If required, we can support your efforts by providing you with promotional material, presentations, or arrange a virtual Q&A session to help with student recruitment.

Pre-program Check-ins | 3 Months Out

Your dedicated Program Designer will arrange a call to talk through:

  • Your program itinerary to clarify details, expectations and answer any questions
  • Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Program resources – orientation details, reflections practices, student questionnaires, and reintegration support

Final Confirmations | 2 Months Out

Participant numbers, logistical information, and final payment are due 60 days prior to your program start date.

Pre-program Preparation | 1 Month Out

We can arrange a virtual info session to best prepare students for their in-country journey to Sub-Saharan Africa. We’ll share our Student Info Pack, which includes vital pre-program information. Students need to complete and accept our Participant Information & Agreement Form.

Final Countdown | 2 Weeks Out

You’ll receive the final program itinerary and necessary arrival/sign-up information.

Virtual & In-country Program Support

You’ll be welcomed and supported by your dedicated Program Facilitator for the duration of your program.

Post-program

We’ll share the student transformation results with you and discuss program feedback. Students can also sign-up and receive our reintegration support content.
