Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders aims to nurture the potential of young women and develop their leadership skills through interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, and community outreach programs.

Participants will gain invaluable insights into gender equality, entrepreneurship, and education in Malawi.

Learning Outcomes

The curation of this program option incorporated the learning outcomes listed below. However, specific learning outcomes and activities can be constructed in collaboration with our dedicated curriculum development team to create a customized program.

By the end of this program, students should be able to:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and respect for different cultural perspectives
  • Demonstrate an informed and empathetic understanding of global issues related to gender equality, entrepreneurship, and education
  • Reflect on their experiences to foster continuous self-improvement and adaptability in a dynamic global context
