Community-based development frameworks are commonly used in many African countries. This program is designed to examine the impact of such frameworks in the Zambezi Valley.
Participants will have the opportunity to visit and interact with Non-Profit and Private Voluntary Organizations that utilize local knowledge and resources to carry out effective projects by promoting and prioritizing community involvement in decision-making and management. The program activities will be connected to specific Sustainable Development Goals related to the theme area. This program can be customized to focus on various areas such as healthcare, arts and culture, conservation, education, sports, local governance, and agriculture.

By the end of this program, students should be able to:
