South Africa
Faculty-Led

Our Programs >> Faculty Led >> Arts & Social Science

Based on South Africa’s history of systemic segregation, this program aims to help students bridge cultural divides and build inclusive societies.

It emphasizes the importance of strong leadership and critical global competencies for interacting with people of different cultures. The program offers students an opportunity to demonstrate international skills and engage with peers in South Africa for cross-cultural communication. Its goal is to transform students’ cultural attitudes, values, and beliefs for more effective intercultural interactions worldwide. Themes such as access, privilege, connection, resilience, and sustainability will be explored to develop a sense of agency to address social inequalities and advocate for healthier societies.
